We understand the unique challenges faced by Divyangjan in finding meaningful employment and that’s why our programs are specially tailored to provide comprehensive, practical training that fosters both confidence and independence. Ashray Akruti, a Hyderabad-based nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting individuals with disabilities—particularly children with hearing impairments—has recently expanded its initiatives to include hospitality training. Approximately six months ago, they launched the Hospitality Training Centre for Hearing Impaired youth, aiming to equip these individuals with essential skills for employment in the hospitality sector.

This initiative seeks to create more employment opportunities for hearing-impaired youth by providing them with vital skills in the hospitality industry.

As part of this expansion, Ashray Akruti has been actively recruiting hospitality faculty members with 14 years of teaching experience to ensure quality training for their students.

Through these combined efforts, Ashray Akruti is making significant strides in integrating hearing-impaired youth into the hospitality industry, fostering inclusivity and providing them with sustainable career opportunities.

World Youth Skills Day

Ashray Akruti aims to ensure inclusive and equitable quality training and promote lifelong learning opportunities for the hearing-impaired youth in Multimedia and Animation.

We foster the acquisition skills of the hearing-impaired youth by enhancing their ability and empower them to gain access to changing labour markets and viable employment opportunities.So far,550 hearing-impaired youth trained, and around 270 youth found gainful employment.
