While learning sign language is a necessity for a hearing impaired person ,it can be a valuable asset for hearing person as well . For a hearing person learning sign language can be an important skill to be able to communicate with hearing impaired people. To be eligible for the course, the candidate should have
- Senior Secondary (10+2) or equivalent with minimum 50% marks
- Functional hands
- Fluency in at least one language
- Hearing in the normal range
