Signathon is an inclusive awareness event organised to promote Indian Sign Language (ISL) and inclusion of the deaf individuals. The event combined marathon categories (10K, 5K, 2K) with interactive ISL learning, cultural performances and community engagement.

Ashray Akruti’s Signathon is an annual marathon that celebrates inclusivity and raises awareness for the hearing and speech-impaired community. Now we’re back with another edition, Signathon 3.0 – bigger and bolder which brings together people of all ages and backgrounds to promote sign language, accessibility, and equal opportunities.

2K Fun Run/Walk – The Inclusive Dash

Designed for families, kids, beginners, and open to all, this 2K is all about togetherness. Run, walk, or stroll — and learn some basic Indian Sign Language along the way. Here, speed doesn’t matter; connection does.

5K Impact Run – The Balance of Speed & Purpose

A great choice for fitness enthusiasts and cause-driven participants alike. Whether you’re running for a personal best or soaking in the atmosphere, this 5K gives you the perfect mix of challenge, fun, and the joy of supporting the hearing-impaired community.

10K Challenge – The Endurance Run

Push your limits and power through 10 kilometers of purpose-driven running. Perfect for seasoned runners, this category blends fitness with advocacy — every stride amplifies the message of inclusion and raises awareness for Indian Sign Language.

Application Guidelines

Age Criteria

Participants must be 10 years or older on race day.

Photo ID

A valid government-issued ID (Aadhaar, PAN, Voter ID, Passport, Driving License) is mandatory for verification.
